Toshiba Camileo P20 and S30 pocket camcorders to have touch screens
Our sources tell us that Toshiba is going to launch new Camileo pocket HD camcorders at the IFA and the most intriguing part about it is the three inch touchscreen. Such small camcorders are not known to have touch screens and hence it will be interstesting to see how they do in the market. Both give you video recording at resolution of 1080p but don’t expect the quality to be as good as full fledged camcorders. There is also a 10x digital zoom along with HDMI out. You can connect this camcorder to a large HDTV with the HDMI port. It has 64 GB of internal memory which can store a lot of data. This device will be priced at £139 or $214.

The S30 has a standard form factor at 19mm (or 0.7 inch) thickness. It also has an eight megapixel lens for snapping photos. Other features include image stabilization and automatic exposure. On the other hand, the P20 costs £119 ($183) and has a pistol grip. It has a five megapixel sensor for taking stills. The S30 will hit in January and the P20 is set to arrive in October. So Toshiba is announcing it now in order to build curiosity. We will do a complete review of the product when the manufacturer gives it in our labs for review.
