		<description>I agree with you about the Zi8. Both the Flip and the Zi8 take fine videos for uploading to YouTube. The two features that Kodak nailed IMHO, that you mention are the external microphone jack, and the ability to expand the memory with a flash card. Anyone who&#039;s used a Flip for any length of time knows it sucks when you&#039;ve unexpectedly run out of memory.

And the other factor is the sound quality you get with an external mic. If you&#039;ve ever watched a &#039;too quiet&#039; video, having an external mic is an easy fix that really makes a difference in your overall video quality.
